Yoga Instruction

The timeless art of yoga has an unfathomable number of health benefits, including improving balance, strengthening the body, diminishing joint pain and increasing range of motion, improving cardiovascular function, digestion, sexual function and fertility, lowering blood pressure, increasing brain function and helping us feel better emotionally. It's also safe and fun for children and teenagers, is relaxing and helps us rebalance and recharge (see our Yoga Therapy section for more information).

The rise in popularity of yoga has made it one of the fastest growing industries on the planet and yet at its core, it is a subtle practice that, once learned, can be done in the relaxed atmosphere of home or else in classes designed to nurture and support. It is non-invasive, easy to do, can be fun, can be done individually or with others and can set the practitioner up for a life of personal transformation that will never end.
