At Oneness Wellbeing, we put a high value on the power of the collective. Our in-person retreats bring together skilled, experienced instructors, students of all backgrounds, healthy, balanced food that is nutritious and delicious, enjoyable evening activities and plenty of outside play, all designed to reinforce our yogic practices and our understanding of consciousness. During these retreats, we also strengthen our connection to self and others and expand our knowledge of the ancient traditions of yoga, allowing us to shift perspectives and grow in a comfortable, natural way.

During Covid-19, we are offering an array of online retreats and collective activities to enhance our connections with others despite physical distance and to deepen our understanding of the intuitive sciences, yoga, meditation and spiritual philosophy. To find out more, please click here.
